onepkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"onepkr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the onepkr platform accessible at onepkr.org, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.

"Platform" means the onepkr website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software, tools, content, games, sportsbook markets, and payment systems made available to registered users.

"Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the onepkr platform in any capacity.

"Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the onepkr platform, linked to a verified Pakistani mobile number and used to access all platform services.

"Real Money Balance" means the actual PKR funds deposited by the Player into their onepkr account wallet, excluding bonus credits.

"Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account under onepkr's promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering conditions.

"Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using Real Money or Bonus Balance on any onepkr sportsbook market or casino title.

"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process onepkr may require before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary by the risk and compliance team.

"PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of the onepkr platform for all deposits, withdrawals, and displayed balances.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the onepkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire legal agreement between you and onepkr. By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unequivocally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you are accessing the onepkr platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. onepkr accepts no liability for any use of the Platform by unauthorised third parties acting under your credentials.

These Terms are made available in English and apply to all Players accessing the onepkr platform from any location. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

To register a Player account on onepkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

(a) You are at least 21 years of age;

(b) You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;

(c) You are registering your own personal account and providing accurate, truthful information — including your full name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number;

(d) You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gambling operator or jurisdiction;

(e) You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of onepkr or any of its affiliated gaming providers;

(f) You do not already hold an active or previously suspended onepkr account;

(g) You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your onepkr account.

onepkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility — including a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) — at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the onepkr platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your onepkr account. This includes all Wagers placed, all deposits made, and any information submitted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

onepkr accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance held within it to another party under any circumstances.

If you forget your password or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the onepkr support team immediately via live chat. onepkr will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

onepkr reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, including source-of-funds verification, at any time and for any reason consistent with its compliance obligations. Accounts under review may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals until the process is complete.

All financial transactions on onepkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. onepkr does not impose foreign exchange conversion fees on any PKR transaction.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast instant payment, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. onepkr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor — typically within five minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. onepkr may decline a withdrawal request and request additional documentation if the transaction triggers any risk or fraud alert.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been verified in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds reasonably suspected of originating from fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.

All sportsbook Wagers placed on onepkr — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are governed by the onepkr Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Players are advised to read the applicable rules for each market before placing a Wager.

onepkr offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across available sports markets. Odds are subject to change at any time before a Wager is confirmed. A Wager is not valid until an explicit confirmation is displayed on screen and a bet ID is issued to your account. In-play markets may be temporarily suspended during significant match events at onepkr's discretion.

All casino games, including slots, live casino tables, and crash games available on the onepkr platform, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final once a round is completed. Any technical malfunction that prevents a game round from completing will result in a void and a full stake refund to your Real Money Balance.

onepkr reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error — including those resulting from obvious pricing errors, feed failures, or incorrectly published odds — regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.

onepkr offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal PSL promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or markets, wagering multipliers, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your onepkr account. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance can be transferred to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.

onepkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing the onepkr bonus system — including through matched betting via multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotion terms, or any form of collusion — will have their bonus balances voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawing Real Money Balance prior to completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the onepkr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

(a) Use of automated software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place Wagers;

(b) Collusion with other Players to influence the outcome of any casino game or exploit sportsbook markets;

(c) Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;

(d) Chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions after funds have been used to place Wagers;

(e) Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;

(f) Attempting to circumvent security systems, access another Player's account, or interfere with the integrity of the Platform in any manner;

(g) Any form of advantage play that exploits technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or unintended promotional configurations;

(h) Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

All content on the onepkr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the proprietary intellectual property of onepkr or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

onepkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any onepkr content without express prior written permission.

The onepkr name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive trademarks of onepkr. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onepkr, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including any losses arising from Wagers placed on the Platform.

onepkr does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability. onepkr accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

Any Wager placed through an interrupted or unstable connection remains the sole responsibility of the Player. If a Wager cannot be confirmed due to connectivity issues, the Player should contact onepkr support and provide the relevant transaction reference before assuming the outcome.

onepkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your onepkr account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

onepkr collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at onepkr.org/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and transactional activity — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and payment records — is used for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving Platform services. onepkr does not sell your personal data to third parties.

onepkr may share data with licensed payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banking partners), identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All third-party data processors engaged by onepkr are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

onepkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on its Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. onepkr provides the following responsible gaming tools within every Player account dashboard:

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their onepkr account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours, but may be reduced immediately.

Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-on-site alerts that display a notification after a specified duration of continuous Platform use.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits are accepted. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off review.

Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the total amount wagered and time spent in the current session.

onepkr encourages any Player who feels that their gambling is no longer within their control to contact the onepkr support team immediately and activate the self-exclusion feature. Responsible gaming is not just a regulatory requirement for onepkr — it is a core value.

onepkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

(a) Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

(b) Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;

(c) Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose;

(d) Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player;

(e) A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;

(f) Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from the available Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus or promotional balance, along with any winnings attributable to bonus play in breach of Terms, may be forfeited. Real Money Balance that cannot be attributed to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which onepkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and onepkr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

onepkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, onepkr will provide reasonable notice to active Players — either by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to your account.

Continued use of the onepkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and contact onepkr support to close your account and withdraw any available Real Money Balance.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any updates.
